Summer Application - please print and fill out if you plan on taking lessons during the summer (bring it to the first lesson) Summer Policy... NO refunds for missed or cancelled lessons. However, with 24-hours notice, the lessons may be made up (but must be used during the summer). Students who have scheduled 10 lessons may pick a different day and time for the reschedule if one becomes available. No other exceptions.
Purchase the lessons as packages at the beginning of the summer – students may take more than one lesson per week. Lessons may be taken “regularly” or in “as-convenient” basis. No refund for lessons not completed or taken. Payment for current students is due by June 10th. Late fee of $5.00 if payment is received after that date.
Students who
begin lessons during the summer, at any time, will be charged the total number
of weekly lessons remaining for the summer. PRIVATE LESSON PLANS
